The time of a dinner is a contemplative moment, an evolution of colours toward white composed of three acts. The viewer travels through a shifting scenography, light, plate, flowers, the servers’ costumes... all of which transform throughout the experience, accompanied by harmonious, ceremonial music marking the transition from one act to the next.”
