During Paris Art Week, we crafted a culinary experience for the Fondation de Villepin that blended cultures and influences. The menu, imagined as a dialogue between East and West, combined ingredients, techniques, and inspirations to create a refined and narrative tasting journey. The event took place at the Musée Guimet, an iconic setting that inspired our approach. A harmonious encounter between artistic heritage and contemporary gastronomy. Our goal was to create complete coherence between the space, the plate, and the atmosphere, offering an immersive moment where cuisine became an extension of the cultural conversation.
