In the heart of Greece, in Kozani, we curated a colorful and sensorial experience for Matière Première, celebrating their fragrances around a timeless table set in the middle of a saffron field. This immersive project introduced guests to the world of saffron harvesting in Kozani, a region where the flower has been cultivated for over 400 years. From the field to the plate, we crafted a culinary journey that echoed the essence of the brand: natural, pure, and deeply rooted in terroir. The menu, staging, and overall experience were designed to highlight this rare ingredient at every step, creating a seamless dialogue between scent and taste.

A vibrant and meaningful project, it bridged gastronomy, craftsmanship, and the raw beauty of nature. For this occasion, we invited Chef Vasilis Chamam to bring our menu to life.
