For the opening of Les Rencontres d’Arles, we had the pleasure of curating a Mediterranean-inspired dinner for La Sira, beautifully served in sleek steel trays. Sixty-four guests gathered on the terrace of the Théâtre Municipal, where the golden hues of the Provençal sunset melted into the evening sky. Each tray, carefully composed with vibrant flavors and textures, invited exploration and delight, while the gentle breeze and soft lighting heightened the senses. The combination of regional culinary tradition and contemporary presentation created an unforgettable evening, an intimate celebration under the poetic southern French sky.
